Q: How secure is your storage facility?

A: Security of your stored items and ease of access is paramount. We provide you with a simple swipe card which operates the access gates and alarms in your sector. We also have CCTV cameras with infrared so the system is active and monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. View our location 

Q: Is there an electric fence?

A: yes we have a secure electric fence system to help ensure the security of your items. 

Q: Do you sell packaging?

A: Our storage facility stocks and supplies a full range of items to help with your moving and storing. Please view our packaging options

Q: Why would I store with Superior Storage rather than another storage facility?

A: Rotorua has some of the cheapest rates in the country and with us being the largest in Rotorua we have found that our rates are very competitive.

Q: What about sulphur damage in Rotorua?

A: We set up our business in the Eastgate business centre specifically to be outside of the sulphur zone and after 13 years of business we have not had one comment about sulphur damage.View our location

Q:Do you supply a trailer?

A. Yes, a free trailer is available to new and existing customers to transport goods to and from our facility, A $50 bond required before use which is refunded on return of the trailer without damage. Contact us about booking our trailer

Q: What are your office hours?

A. Our normal offices are open and staffed Monday to Friday 9am - 5 pm and Saturday mornings by appointment.

Q: When can I get access to my unit?

A. We offer swipe card access to your storage unit 7 days a week from 6 am to 9 pm.

Q. What are your stotage terms?

A. The terms of the storage are

  • The minimum stay is one month (you can stay less but you will be charged the full month)
  • payment is required in advance.
  • 7 days notice of departure is required.
  • Security access card (cost $5) is required.
